1st place overall at the Vegas to Reno race.
Rick D Johnson and the Team 71 Racing Trophy Truck takes the 1st place overall win at the Best in the Desert Vegas to Reno Race! This win marks the first overall victory for Team 71 Racing in their year-old North American Off Road Trophy Truck.
This race was incredible, Johnson said. The course was challenging, but the tires hooked up great. The truck was dialed in for this course, and we are stoked to be bringing home a win.
North American Off Road is ecstatic about Rick’s performance in the Vegas to Reno race and thrilled with the performance of the Trophy Truck. We are currently working on a sister truck that will have everything the current truck has plus all of the latest design and component technology that has come about within the last year. The new truck should be even more competitive than the current one.
